What the form collects
We ask for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. You may also provide a company or organisation name and a phone number. Please do not include confidential credentials, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Your information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and discuss any requested services. It is not added to a marketing list by this website. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a subscription or confirm a demo booking.
How the message travels
The form sends your details to this website’s server. HTTPS encrypts that connection. While temporary HTTP mode is in use, the connection between your browser and this website is not encrypted; information you submit could be read or altered in transit. A notice appears on the contact form when it is opened over HTTP. Please use it only for a brief general enquiry and do not include passwords, payment information, health information or other sensitive personal details. The server connects to Resend over HTTPS to submit an enquiry email to ElevnAI’s configured inbox. This separate encrypted connection does not protect the browser-to-website HTTP connection. Resend and the inbox provider process that email in order to provide delivery and email services. The website never asks for your Resend credentials; its sending key stays on the server.
The success message confirms acceptance by the email service, not a guarantee that the message has reached an inbox. Please call us for urgent matters.
Cookies and technical information
The contact and setup pages use a first-party session cookie for form security, including protection against cross-site submissions. It is not used for advertising. Short-lived request identifiers and hashed network-address counters help prevent duplicate messages and abuse. The hosting provider and email provider may also process technical and delivery logs.
The supplied site includes no analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or embedded third-party widgets. Its visual effects run in your browser without camera or microphone access.
Storage and retention
The website does not keep a database of enquiry messages. Your message is processed to create an email, which can remain in the receiving mailbox and the email provider’s records. Temporary form-security data expires separately. Enquiry emails should be kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. The Mission Control workspace and other product demonstrations use illustrative sample data. Their approval buttons do not send operational instructions or act on live customer systems. Information typed into the contact form is separate from those demonstrations.

Any operational service, voice deployment or client data processing will need its own agreed scope, access controls and privacy arrangements. This marketing website is not a place to upload client records.
